Newrybar

Another local village that has experienced a recent rise in visitors is the historic town of Newrybar, home Harvest restaurant and café, an equal drawcard being Newrybar Merchants across the road.  The pilgrimage of stylist Shannon Fickle, Heart and Home,  Zane Grier from Driftlab, and Jules Packshaw and Danielle McEwan from Tigmi Trading.  The concept homewares and clothing store isa show and tell of the who’s who of latest locally grown talent emerging from the thriving creative hub that is Byron Bay and surrounding hinterland. Adjacent to the Newrybar Merchants is a fantastic Antiques store also showcasing the work of local potters and varied artisans. Over the road next to Harvest is the Driftlab clothing store. Managing to keep the essence of its original rustic charm, the village of Newrybar still retains its Farm Produce store, with bales of hay and lay chickens spilling out onto the kerb side and the obligatory village General Store.
