Mullumbimby
Referred to as Mullum’ by the locals, Mullumbimby is a medium sized town sat directly at the foot of Mount Chincogan, an ancient lava plug of the now extinct Tweed shield volcano and a dominating feature of the surrounding hinterland. Definitely worth a nosey around if your passing through Mullumbimby, it also houses several fantastic annual festivals including; Mullum music festival in November, The Byron Spirit Festival in April, The Mullumbimby Agricultural show in November and Mullum Circus fest Bi-annually in October. If I had to pick one restaurant in Mullum’ that has built itself a reputation amongst the locals for good fodder, then it would be Milk and Honey for its yummy wood fired pizzas.
