If you head into Byron Bay for one thing then it should be a walk around the lighthouse. You’re almost guaranteed to see wildlife both in the ocean and on the land.
If you’re hankering for a decent bit of exercise, the Minyon Falls walking track is a great day trip. Take water, swimmers, good walking shoes, a light bite to eat and choose a good weather day.
